We slow smoke pork shoulders over apple wood. Then shred the tender pork into bite size pieces. We package the pork with a Carolina style butter/vinegar sauce. We regularly have available 1lb, 5lb and 10lb pans of the pork for purchase. Please Call a week in advance for larger quantities. When calculating How much pork you need for your event plan on at least 1/4lb person, so a 10lb pan would serve 40 people. We also have BBQ pulled pork available, We add bbq sauce to our delicious pork for those that love bbq. |
